Jennifer Maddox - summary of what I care about

Today in class we were asked to write what we cared about. At first I started with the obvious things such as family, friends, love, nature, animals, and health of my loved ones. However, I then started to ponder about the future and how I care and fear the future, the unknown. I care about what will happen to me and my family, what I can do to help them. Also, I care about if in the future I will find love and  happiness. Then on a deeper level I care about my family, love and happiness. I care about my family because I know they are always there for me, they accept me and the choices I make. They are the ones I can completely be myself around and not care if I'm being a bitch or acting a little crazy. I care about love and happiness for some of the same reasons, to find someone I can love and be loved by. Someone who i can trust if I turn around, someone who will give me the love I imagine. The reason I care about love and happiness is because I fear I will never obtain the love I desire. I care about finding someone who is willing to break down my walls without me having to break them. I fear I will not be able to find this type of love I have with my family.
