Hailey Porth Weekly Post

David Mclain

David Mclain's work reminds me so much of what I want my work to look like. His ability to capture people in such natural positions is awe inspiring. I love all of his work each of the following follows are  from multiple different areas of his work.

The color in all of his photographs is able to point back to the subject instead of distracting the viewer from it. The way he captures light make me notice that its an intention decision not just snapping away which i tend to do. LOL David Mclain work just looks natural. Like he is photographing his friends not subjects.

David is from Main and lives on a really old farm. He's worked for national geographic but not is starting to get more into cinematography. Also here's a really great article that he has a lot of really great things to say!!
