1. William LeGoullon is a photographer based in Phoenix, Arizona he has work that varies from using microscope photography to using aerial photography. I like the variation between the extreme viewpoints in these specific pictures and i think they are made very well. He uses a very deep depth of field in the first and third pictures and then moves to a shallower depth of field for the middle picture.
2. The first photo is surrounded by a sandy neutral color and the frame is focused in on a man standing on a dune. There is little detail towards the bottom half of the photo where the wheel marks are in the ground and it adds just enough texture to the composition. The second picture is very different; its a macro shot and the color is very vibrant. There's a lot of detail with the peeling skin and the artist captures that very well. The third picture is much like the first; very open, neutral colors and little detail that compliments the composition.
3. I think i chose these photos because of how extreme they are. In the first picture human life seems so small compared to the landscape and i thought it was interesting in that perspective. The second picture relates to the pictures i like to make and that is more on the macro or zoomed in side. I like being able to see fine texture in my photos and i think that second one really came out to me the most. The third one also stood out to me more because of the texture, I like the detail in all of the cracks and it was really enjoyable.
