Bill Owens
Bill Owens is a "photojournalist" who created this project called The American Dream. All of the above photos are pictures from this project. All of the pictures from this project were done in black and white. This may have been to make these images simple so viewers eyes are guided straight to the subject matter, which is the people that he photographed. Also these images are mostly families that look as though they are happy and content with life, this may have been to get the message of The American Dream very obvious to his audience.
This work was to let people see the emotions involved with the American Dream and see different examples of people living this dream.
