Nicole Orgeron Weekly post #7




     Andy Brooks started out a musician and in the 80's was a singer in a band. It wasn't until the 90's that photography went from a hobby to a profession. He photographs in primarily black and white  and tries to have as few people in the frame as possible. He finds inspiration in the architecture around Toronto.
     Brooks is currently taking photos of the changing Queen Street West's storefronts and signs over time. these old buildings and murals show the presence and lives of the inhabitants without a soul present in the photos.
