Holly Walsh Weekly Post

Raul Touzon

"The Eternity of a Moment"is the phrase photographer Raul Touzon uses to describe his work. Most of his images capture this feeling of a split second in time in time, stopped just long enough to feel the moment but not completely understand the whole situation. His ability to know just how much information to give yet hold back enough to develop this sense of wonderful is admirable and something I am working to develop.

Raul has worked for Time Magazine, National Geographic, The New York Times and many others, as well as published books. He is now concentrating on Cuba, Mexico, and Guatemala.

It was very difficult to get images of his work off the internet because his website did not allow me to save his images so here are a few I found on Google. His work is definitely worth the look on his website.
