1. Bob Mazzer is a social documentarian photographer from London. He got his start in the porn cinema in the late 70's and early 80's. During this time he started making pictures of people on the subway.
2. His works of art above are from "On the Tube" and show the variety of types of people that ride. It shows the different types of fashion and scenes that are happening in London in the 1980's. Mazzer captures each scene with different colors, light, shadows and the purity of what everyone thinks of while riding the subway.
3. I liked his work because I can relate to it. Leaning on people after a long day of work and then traveling home in a tight subway you can see the sense of tiredness and exhaustion some people have. On the other hand you can see the Punks and Rockers that are enjoying themselves and being rebels. I just really enjoyed the light and color based on what we have learning so far and the pictures turned out well.
