Joel Tjintjelaar, does all of his work in black and white, with that contrast it makes you look at the picture and see the elegance of the buildings he is photographing. The color could take away the presents and the feel of the pictures. They bring life to themselves without the added color.
These curves and the way he shows there bend takes you on a movement journey. Every picture of his I saw made you feel like you were going some where. The lighting is perfect for this type of photography, he knows how to capture the right amount of light on these buildings, so that once in black and white they don't look too dark or light.
