Emily Miah-Weekly Post #3

Barbara Kasten is a photographer who started photography from as long ago as the 1970's. She mostly takes photos of shapes and lines with Polaroid cameras. She conveys these simple shapes into beautiful photography which do not even look like real photography, but almost like they're a painting.

She mainly focuses on the abstract side of photography. Her pieces look almost like shapes and colors randomly put in there, but still look like they actually belong. It's a beautiful combination of how she captures these colors and shapes through Polaroid cameras and how Polaroids cameras could be used for professional reasons.
