Kimberly Richardson Post 5

Eliot Dudik

1.      Eliot uses a Kodak Alaris. His project Road Ends in Water was a published book of 96 page, full color, and perfect-bound monograph, published in 2010 by SAGA Publishing and printed by Oddi Printing in Iceland.

2.      Eliot wants to capture the culture, memory, landscapes, politics, and history in every picture he takes. He tries to capture the story of the lives and tell a story with those pictures. By placing his projects in a book not only allows him to capture the feeling of a story but allows him to set the story of pictures in a set order of his choice.

3.      I think that Eliot captures his intends beautifully by telling the story in a story book of the lives and landscapes. His pictures are beautiful landscapes that capture the theme of his intend.
