The artist for these photos is Vitor Schietti. He is very comfortable working with long exposure. He got his inspiration from Eric Staller, and Brian Hart. Schietti calls his photos light sculptures. He takes various photos near the ocean, waterfall, and sierra. He uses a combination of fireworks, strobes, and flashlights. Schietti uses long exposures to capture these amazing images. I would say he probably uses an exposure of around 5-10 minutes and has his ISO set high due to the low lighting. He also uses tripods ND filters and multiple long exposures.
