Logan Zillmer is a conceptual artist photographer, that does a wide span of different kinds of photography. Within the third photo you can see that he uses Photoshop and various programs to edit his photos to look pretty interesting. I simply just adore the first picture, looking at how he used scaling from big to small. the view of the photo is simply beautiful and looking at the piece, you can definitely see a sort of symbolism within it. One could view it as religious, some could see it differently.
The depth of field in the second photo is very nice because you can see the size differences from between the rocks and the people in it. Eeriness is given off to me in my opinion due to how isolated and foggy the photo is. In the second photo he makes it so that hes basically building the landscape out of paintings. It's pretty interesting to view this photo because you can look at it from a different perspective. Instead of it being a background, he is creating the background himself.
Zilmer has been on Tumblr's Year In Review: Big in 2014: Photographers to watch, and has won Flora Borsi' Photography and Digitial Art first prize.
