David Campany

1. David Campany takes very natural photos. Campany is a diverse artist who has written books, is an art curator and does photography. With his background in the arts Campany makes fantastic photos that almost resemble painted works of art. Campany strives for the perfect moment shot where his medium forms in the right place and at the right time, but he doesn't stray from assembling his art as well.

2. Campany is known to make very vibrant photos. As a play on the popular app, Instagram, he created a book called Instagram Newspaper. (example image #1) It plays of the trope of most Instagram photos, that the image must be in perfect lighting, it must be balanced, that it must be "beautiful". The book he creates plays on these ideas and instead of putting it on the app, he puts it in a book. His artistic direction is very intriguing.

3. Most of Campany's photos give off a relaxed and natural vibe to them. It's very understandable why Campany is so highly praised in the art world. His techniques and artistic direction are clearly exhibited in his art. His composition and use of natural lighting is superb. Campany's photography is top notch!
