1. The artist for these photos is Kei Nomiyama. He spent many years looking for the right place to capture these images. Nomiyama goes out between 8 and 10 pm. He sets his ISO high due to the weak moonlight. He also used long exposure times between 10 and 30 minutes.
2. Nomiyama wanted to capture what happens at the beginning of the rainy season. These photos take place in Japan. Nomiyama is not a photographer he is a scientist. He says he photographs to record nature.
3. I really enjoy these images. The different colors and styles in each photograph is different. It is very interesting to see how the different exposure times display the difference in movement and clarity. Overall these pictures are very informative and interesting.
