Joshua Caudell Weekly Post 5

1.   In these photographs Glasgow native and Bristol based photographer, Ms. Kristy Mackay, uses girls in pink for a pinkish display of photographs.  The setup for these lovely photographs that Ms. Mackay was going for was pink.  Pink can say a lot of things about girls.

2.   Ms. Kristy Mackay's theme for this series of photographs was to capture the many different images with pink using a message that these girls to make this documentary to happen.  She sought to express the differences in each house location as well as her ability to express the different pink settings in order to further emphasize the naturalness of the photos.

3.   These photos are awesome.  The exposure of pink awareness needs to be known out there so people that pink is not just a stereotypical color for girls.  Ms. Mackay's ability to capture immages with pink for her documentary My Favorite Color Was Yellow was not an easy thing to do but was worth all the effort.
